About the FIT6 Weight loss Programme
Weight loss – Stages 2, 3, 4, 5 I 6 – toning Subsequent stages are responsible for weight loss. In each stage, nutritional changes and food supplements are introduced according to the goal and timing of the Programme. Stage 6 is treated as a TONING phase, provided that physical training is added. This stage is aimed at stimulating muscles in order to facilitate their growth.
